Terms & Conditions
Over & in apply the below terms and conditions to all coaching it provides.
Booking
Booking coaching with Over & in can be done in one of the following ways:

Payment
Once you have been booked onto your chosen coaching course payment is required with five working days in order to secure your place. Over & In accept payment in the following ways:
- Credit/Debit card
- Cheque (made payable to Over and In)
- Online bank transfer (account details given when required)
When paying for a group coaching session at any Over & In affiliated club, your payment guarantees the following:
- Your place secured for the duration of the term
- The same coach leading your session (unless a replacement is required due to unforeseen circumstances)
Appropriate court space and equipment will be provided
Cancellation
Over & in reserve the right to cancel any session before the start of term if under subscribed or for any other viable reason. If this happens a full refund will be given.
If a coaching session is cancelled due to the coach being unavailable and irreplaceable, an extra session will be added at the end of term. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for that week (this does not apply to schools coaching.)
If more than one session is missed due to the coach being unavailable and irreplaceable, the customer will receive a refund for the number of sessions missed. This is worked on a pro rata basis and calculated by the cost of the term divided by the total number of sessions.
The cost of coaching is a set fee for a term. The fee takes into account that some sessions per term may cancelled due to bad weather and the time of year is also taken into account. On average the customer is not charged for one of the allocated weeks per half term (6-8 weeks). Therefore no refunds will be imposed should the weather result in cancellation of any sessions, nor shall there be any extra charges should there be no cancellations due to
bad weather. The coach will always be on site and ready to work unless the conditions are unsafe to play. It will be down to the coach to make the final decision.
Schools coaching will receive a refund for any missed session due the coach being unavailable and irreplaceable.
Over & in will give at least 24 hours notice if a session is going to be cancelled due to lack of coach availability (unless unavoidable i.e. car accident on route)
If withdrawing from prepaid coaching due to injury or illness and the customer can provide a doctors certificate that proves that an illness or injury has been sustained and that it prohibits you from completing the coaching course, a credit note will be issued for the remaining sessions
If you are unable to attend a session you will not be entitled to a refund.
