What happens if it rains?
The session will run unless the conditions become unsafe. PLEASE NOTE: On our home page there is a blue line which reads ‘latest tweet’. If a session is cancelled it will appear in the blue bar. If ever the weather is a doubt please check the bar 15-30mins before the start of the session or call the coach directly. (All coach mobile numbers are on the coaches pages)
Do we get a refund it a session is cancelled due to bad weather?
We do not offer refunds but do offer a number of solutions to cancelled sessions. You can attend another session on a different day at your club or you can attend a different session at a different club. You MUST speak to your coach and ask him/her to recommend a class for you to attend and you cannot attend a class that is inappropriate to your playing standard.
Group coaching is charged at a rate whereby we take into account that a certain number of sessions per term we be cancelled due to weather. We charge £7 per hour for group coaching. During the autumn 2012 term which is a 13 week term the cost is £77.00 meaning we are charging you for 11 weeks. If two sessions are missed then everyone is even. If three sessions are missed you lose slightly and if only one session is missed we lose slightly. Taking into account that you also have the option of liaising with your coach to attend another class we feel the way we price our coaching is very fair.
If I am injured can I attend coaching at a later date to make up for what I miss?
Yes, we will allow you to attend coaching at a later date and reduce the coaching cost by the value of coaching you missed through injury. This must be at least 3 weeks in a row or more and the coach must be informed as soon as you know you are no longer able to attend so we can offer your place to someone else.
Do I need my own racket?
Group coaching: we would recommend getting your own racket when attending group sessions. It really helps if you can become familiar with the same racket. All Over & In coaches can recommend and/or order a racket for you.
Camps: We have lots of rackets especially for ages 4-7. We can provide a racket for the week if you do not have one
