Q: If my lesson is cancelled due to rain (bad weather), do I get a refund?
A: No. The price of each coaching term is calculated to include the possibility of cancellations due to bad weather. If none of the sessions is cancelled you will not be charged any more money.

Q: What happens if I am unwell and cannot attend my lesson?
A: There is no refund for this. Part of your payment is guaranteeing your place and that it will not be sold to anyone else in your absence.

Q Who is permitted on the tennis court during lessons?
A: The assigned coach and other pupils if participating in group coaching. Nearby, using other courts may be club members, other pupils and Over & In coaches.

Q: How do I enrol for next term?
A: A form will be issued several weeks before the end of a term. You can also access this information at www.overandin.com or by calling the Head Office on 01223 847472

Q: Can I pay weekly as I attend each session?
A: No. Payment must be received in full prior to the start of a term, unless a session is specifically advertised as “pay and play”

Q: Are all coaches CRB certified?
A: All coaches working as representatives of Over & In are CRB checked and certified.

Q: What happens if I enrol then decide I don’t like playing?
A: If after the first session of a pre-paid term you decided its not for you, you can receive a full refund. Immediate notice of this decision must be given. No refund will be offered if you withdraw from coaching beyond the first session.

Q: Will there be any additional charges if I pay using a credit/debit card?
A: No, there will be no extra charges for these methods of payment

Q: Do I have to be a member at the club I wish to get coaching at?
A: In the long term, yes. If you are new to coaching Over & In and its affiliated clubs have agreed to allow half a term as a trial. If after this period you continue coaching you must at that point enroll as a member of the tennis club.
